Due to our pre schduled First Friday Community event, the 4 o'clock tour is unavailable. 

 Bring your bagged lunch and enjoy some history in the Seward House gardens. Director of Education Jeff Ludwig recounts the military career of William Seward Junior from the very location where he once hosted reunions with his men from the Ninth New York Heavy Artillery.  

 

Join us for our May First Friday event! We will be displaying artwork by Sally Stormon in our gift shop, with rooms in the Museum open for intrepretation, and complementary refreshments. We look forward to seeing you there!

Celebrate Mr. Seward’s 221st birthday with noted Seward interpreter and actor, Jack Sherman. These first-person tours “with Mr. Seward” imagine him at home in Auburn during his retirement, greeting party guests and sharing stories from his life. Birthday cake will be served after the tours—a great event for families! Tours are at 2 and 4. 

Admission is $15 for adults, $10 for Museum members, $8 for children 12 and under. Reservations recommended.
